Apply for a Workflow Retainer

This is an application, not a sales lead form. We accept a small number of new clients each month and screen for fit. We reply to every application within one business day.

What we look for

We are best for owner-operators who can answer yes to most of these:

  • Annual revenue of $300,000 or higher
  • At least one employee besides the owner (we have built solo-owner exceptions, but they are rare)
  • Comfortable with a 90-day initial engagement
  • The decision-maker (you) reachable on a 30-minute call every other week
  • You can name at least one daily annoyance that wastes 5+ hours per week

If most of these are no, the retainer probably will not pay for itself yet. We will tell you that honestly rather than sign you up.

Tell us about your business and the work you wish would happen by itself. We read every application personally and respond with either a short discovery-call invite or a referral to someone better suited. There is no automated reply or AI-screened drop-off here; you write it, we read it.

The application asks a few screening questions on purpose. The retainer model only works when the math is in your favor: roughly fifteen to twenty hours of owner or staff time saved each month for the Operator tier, more for Operator Pro. Below those thresholds the retainer costs more than it returns and we would rather flag that early than ten weeks in.

Be specific in the "what wishes would automate itself" field. "We are drowning" is honest but does not help us scope. "We get about thirty inbound leads a week, half from a Webflow form and half from inbound calls, and our follow-up window is roughly eight to twelve hours during the week" gives us almost everything we need to recommend the first workflow before we even get on a call. The more concrete you are, the faster we can either say yes or refer you elsewhere.

If you are unsure whether you are ready, the five-minute self-audit is a useful pre-step. Run that first, then come back here with your top three repetitive workflows in hand. The discovery call goes much faster when you have already done the inventory work, and you will have a clearer sense of whether the spend is worth it. We are not going anywhere; the application can wait a week.

We respond within one business day. No phone screen required to apply.

What happens next

  1. Within 1 business day: We read your application and reply with either a 30-minute discovery-call link or a referral to a better-fit partner.
  2. Discovery call (30 minutes): We dig into the workflow you described, ask about the systems behind it, and confirm whether the retainer is right.
  3. Proposal (within 2 days of the call): A short written proposal with the recommended tier, scope of the first 90 days, and a target outcome.
  4. Kickoff: If you accept, we start the audit the following week.
